Welcoming back the Bliss bralet by Cleo Harper in the shade Hazel. Bliss was such a Cleo Harper staple and we often have requests to see this style back in store. The strap detail is gorgeous with the Cleo Harper logo imprinted. The backline is divine - a feminine twist that everyone loves so much.

Designed to be worn as a set with the Accelerate Short and Unity Legging in Hazel, this stunning bralet will also go beautifully with all of the other pieces in the SG x CH Collection and many other Cleo Harper pieces already in your wardrobe.

We love creating pieces that elevate activewear and the Bliss bralet does just that. Crafted from our luxurious BodyLuxe fabric, Bliss, like all Cleo Harper Bralets, features three layers of breathable fabric and bra cups encased that are removable.

Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

Free express shipping when you purchase more than one item.

Any single item orders incur a flat rate of $15 for Express Post Australia wide.

All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours and tracking numbers will be sent immediately.

Shipping time is generally 1-2 business days (every order always shipped Express Post).

RETURNS

Cleo Harper is proud to offer a great return policy. We are excited if you are new here & just trying to figure out your size. Thankfully our sizing is very true to size and consistent so once you know your sizing it’s easy to place all your future orders. However, if you do need to make a return for any reason – size, style, change of mind we can help you with that.

Before you return your items just make sure that the goods you are returning are:

  • In the same condition they were in when you received them
  • Not worn, washed or altered & have their original swing tags
  • Have no pet fur, stains or dirt.
  • We respectfully ask that any pieces being returned have no make-up, tan or deodorant marks on them as we will be unable to process a return for exchange or refund in this case
  • You may keep the reusable signature packaging your order was shipped in. We cannot guarantee this will be returned if you complete an exchange so please keep in your possession

Cleo Harper offers refunds for up to 14 days from receiving your order and 30 days for exchanges or store credit as outlined below.

REFUNDS: A refund can be issued within 14 days from receiving your order. Refunds will be processed via the method you made your purchase (i.e. if paid with PayPal, the refund can only be credited back to your PayPal account). 

EXCHANGES: We can exchange your garment/s for a different size or style through our instant exchange or stand exchange options.

INSTANT EXCHANGE:  To prevent missing out on exchange piece/s we highly recommend processing your exchange through our instant exchange option. When selecting this option your exchange will be processed before your return is received. You have 14 days to send back your return. If your return has not been sent back within 14 days you will be charged for the exchanged pieces.

STANDARD EXCHANGE:  Your order will be shipped out once we have received and approved your return we cannot guarantee exchange pieces to still be available using this method. 

SALE ITEMS: All sale transactions are final. Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds, exchange, or credit for sale merchandise.

UNDERWEAR & BIKINI BOTTOMS: Due to hygiene reasons the underwear packs & bikini bottoms are not eligible for returns.

VIP KITS, THE CLEO EDIT & THE CLEO WARDROBE: Please note, VIP kit pieces, The Cleo Edit pieces & The Cleo Wardrobe pieces (or any other bundle option) are not subject to refund, they can be returned for exchange or store credit only.

STORE CREDIT: We offer the option of a Cleo Harper Gift Card to the value of 110% that is valid for 12 months from the date of issue, full refund or exchange. These options are available for full price merchandise within 30 days from receiving your order 

RETURN LABEL and SHIPPING: A return label will be generated from the returns portal. Please include the packing list associated with the return label. A $14.95 return label fee will be deducted from your return. We will cover the shipping costs when sending the exchange back to you.

You may keep the reusable signature packaging your order was shipped in. We cannot guarantee this will be returned if you complete an exchange so please keep in your possession.

    Cleo Harper reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will be simply returned back to the customer and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by Cleo Harper cannot be held liable for any returns parcels that are not delivered.

    ESTIMATED REFUND TIME:

    Refunds will be processed via the method you made your purchase (i.e. if paid with PayPal, the refund can only be credited back to your PayPal account).

    PayPal refunds will be visible in your PayPal balance almost immediately.

    AfterPay refunds will be visible in your account within 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution. The amount you have already paid will refunded or if no $ amount has been paid the instalments will be cancelled. If you have other items on your order you do not wish to refund the cost of the cancelled item will be deducted off future instalments.

    Credit card refunds will be visible within 1-5 business days depending again on your financial institution.

    FAULTY ITEMS

    If your order arrives faulty or damaged please contact us via email (hello@cleoharper.com) as soon as you can. Please send us photos of the fault in the email. We’ll do our best to resolve the situation ASAP. If a fault appears in your product through normal wear please contact us and send photos so we can assess and will let you know what the options are. Once our warehouse receives the garment our returns team will inspect them. We aim to process the return as quickly as we can, however some faults may need to be assessed by our production team before a refund or replacement can be issued. In this case we will keep you in the loop. This can take up to a few weeks. Our returns team may conclude that the damage is not due to a manufacturing fault, unfortunately in this instance we cannot offer a refund or exchange. The garment will be returned to you at your expense. Our team will keep you informed during this process.
