How is my package being delivered?

We accept all major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express) as well as PayPal and Afterpay for Australian & New Zealand customers

Do you offer refund or exchange?

Yes we do! If you receive your order and there are any problems, please email and our customer service team will be in touch with you shortly. We will assist you in arranging an exchange or full refund and advise on how you can return the item. We do ask that you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to make a return. We have a 30 day return policy.

We cannot cover the cost of the return shipping. Please note, we have a USA based returns address for any of our US customers.

We respectfully ask that any pieces being returned are in pristine, brand new condition - no make-up, tan or deodorant marks as we will be unable to process a return for exchange or refund in this case.

Our customer service team pride ourselves on quick replies to customer enquiries, it will usually take us no more than 1 business day for us to get back to you

Yes we do – you can see it on each product page and here - size guide. If you need any sizing advice feel free to email us

What is your sizing like? What can I compare it too?

Generally our sizing is standard, however, there can occasionally be minor differences between fabrics. In saying that, everyone is different – we recommend checking your measurements against our size guide to give you the best indication of the right size for you. If there are any particular sizing notes on a style we will include that in the product description (such as "runs small, we suggest sizing up".
